Getting "err_connection_reset" at Chrome everytime Alt1 is running

So, I noticed recently that everytime, when I execute Alt1, Chrome start getting this "err_connection_reset" error.
The only I find to "fix" is running this command at cmd "netsh int ip reset"

So, here's why I think it's alt1:

When I execute that command, everything comes back to normal, but as soon Alt1 loads, it'll stop working again.
When I removed the option to Alt1 start with Windows, I didn't get that message anymore, but like I said, if I start Alt1 I get the error message again.

So, am I doing something wrong?

I don't know why this is happening. It might mean that there is a conflict between chromium 43 settings (alt1) and chromium 47 (chrome). I will make sure the next update includes a newer version.
