Unable to launch Alt1 toolkit

I'm not able to launch the alt1 toolkit anymore. Worked perfectly fine few weeks ago and now when I try to open it there's a message popup that says "Runeapps.Alt1.exe - Bad Image" " - - is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error". I have tried installing the program again multiple times but still get the error. Any way someone could help me with this problem?

This is probably an issue with a part of windows. After a quick google it is most likely visual c++ redistributable. Alt1 requires visual c++ redistributable 2015.

I have the C++ redistributable 2015 and even reinstalled it but still isn't working

Well I even reinstalled my windows, the problem still occurs for me aswell.
