Prifddinas Voice Locator

Many times people are frustrated by not knowing when Trah hour is to mine Runite, or what voice is where for the boosts.

Would it be possible to make an App to tell you or send you a warning for when the hour ticks, and the voices change, and what they change to? Like when I AFK at work, I could easily come on and start mining for Trah or maybe Pickpocket a few elves, but I never know what the voices are unless I go to Prifddinas, and it's irritating. 

So...Yes. Is it possible to create a App to give you a news flash for the voice location changes?

Also would like to add briefly, I love some of the things you have created. Thank-you so much.

On twitter there is a JaGeX owned account @JaGeXClock that does this, though every 3-4 hours it misses a hour's VOS,
