my shout box is stuck on "loading" nothing happens. In addition, when I click on the alt1 icon, after downloading, all I get is a mini map. Also, when I click on clue solver all I get is a box that states it can "unlock any" when I click for it to "unlock" not a single thing happens. And another thing, the clue solver chest used to appear in my top bar but now it isn't anywhere.

also, the icon shown is the old one.
Alt1 installs but does not place an icon on the action bar. In addition, the only part that works is to show a map; no other features work.

I put a Clue (celtic knot for instance) on the screen then fire up Rune Apps and I get the message "Couldn't find any clue or puzzle on your screen."
I did happen to notice that for some reason I have three additional Rune Apps on my task bar, all labeled: "Secondary Alt 1 instance. Rs Windows not linked"
Also;
XP meter = not found
All other provisions seem to work fine
Also, why do all other posts have (new post) at the end of the title but mine doesn't? And why is the little square box in front of my post clear and all the others are dark blue? Did I post incorrectly?
I had your program installed and was using it and loving it. I tried to use it today and the icon had disappeared. So I tried to download again and I kept getting sent to an advertisement screen whenever I hit the "Download Now" tab.
How can I get the program running again?
