alt1 d&d notifications not pinning to toolbar

as of today yesterday it worked still alt1 is not pinning the wildy flash events to toolbar

I've been having issues with d&d too. I can pin the events, but often they will freeze at 0:00 and not move to the next. Additionally, I am not getting notifications for the ones i have selected until like precisely 25 minutes afterwards.
