clue solver cant find clue

I've tried everything from looking in my NVIDIA settings and following the instructions, my interface scaling is at 100%, idk what else to do. Ive tried everything

any help would be greatly appreciated as I have zero idea of what I'm doing and I really just want to do my clues

I have the same issue. I've searched through all the posts from here and other sites and still can't seem to get it to work again. I will link screenshots under this thread to reduce spam. Hope anyone can assist me as no alt1 feature is working since it's unable to pick up my home teleport button.
Error message - " Alt1 failed to find the home teleport button in-game. Image detection might not be working correctly."

On NVIDIA, Image setting set to "let the 3D application decide", On Alt1, I checked off "Override high DPI scaling detection.
I deleted and re-installed the latest version of alt1. Tried changing minimap/home tele button location. Tried using legacy interface mode. My interface scaling is on 100%.

P.S. not sure if relevant but if I'm on OpenGL, I see my game screen in real time in the background. Everything seems fine yet it's not able to pick up my home teleport. Any assitance given will be greatly appreciated! <3

EDIT: TY to Crazye97. The error was that my windows scaling was 125% and rs was 100%. Runescape was lowered to 80% if windows was kept at 125% and it worked <3
