Profs lose wrong pie anagram wrong solution

alt 1 always says the answer is Hans and pulls up Hans on the mini-map. Sometimes this will correct after reopening but its usually does not.

This is from hard clue scrolls.
The answer is professor Onglewip in wizard's tower not Hans in Lumbridge castle.

Make sure there is nothing interfering with the clue scroll interface.
