Clue solver - puzzle

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with the puzzle part of the clue solver. When it's showing me what tiles yo move, there's a black box that appears very quickly like a flash and it stops the rest of the puzzle solver working up to 10 times. I've tried to change the capture settings with no luck. Appreciate the help ?
