RS Client Freezes when I start Alt 1

Alt1 was working perfectly a few days ago, but then my client crashed and I had to reboot it in compatibility mode. Alt 1 failed to capture on Open GL mode, and my RS client freezes as soon as it turns on, and then when I close Alt 1 the client unfreezes. I was able to restart it in normal mode after a day or so, and Alt 1 still isn't working. I tried reinstalling Alt1 and my RS launcher, but those don't seem to fix it.

These are the RS Client settings I'm not familiar with that may be influencing Alt1:
V-sync: On
Anti-Aliasing Quality: Low
Anisotropic Filtering: Off
Anti-Aliasing Mode: Off
Ambient Occlusion: Off
Textures: Compressed

I have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 and have installed the latest driver for the graphics card. I have it set to "Let the 3D application decide," so I'm not sure if it's using any of the Manage 3D settings. I did add the RS Client and their set to are:
Use High-performance NVIDIA processor
Anisotropic filtering: Application controlled
Antialiasing - FXAA: Off
Antialiasing - Gamma correction: On
Antialiasing - Mode: Application controlled
Antialiasing - Transparency: Off
CUDA GPUs: All
Maximum pre-rendered frames: Use 3D application setting
Multi-Frame Sampled AA (MFAA): Off
OpenGL rendering GPU: Auto-select
Power management mode: Optimal power
Shader Cache: On
Threaded optimization: Auto
Triple Buffering: Off
Vertical sync: Use 3D application

Sorry if none of this affects Alt1; I'm not sure what most of it is myself. I've really enjoyed using the Alt1 toolkit; it's made my RS experience twice as enjoyable. Thanks in advance for any tips or advice.
