Player profile scan not working

As title says, can't seem to get the scan to work on player profile on the website.

I've tried turning friendschat off and on, checked my privacy settings, hopped worlds, no dice.

Any help would be appreciated

I kicked the server, it's up again now

Same issue here, I can't get my player profile to update when using the force scan tool.
Already checked friends chat and online status, all good there.

Edit: Seems to be working now.

I tried it several times the past weeks, but either it not scanned without any exeption or i get "invalid server response"
Privacy settings are setup correctly

I got the same issue too.

There is no recently scanned players so i think it happens to everybody

It has been down since the achievement update, and will be until Jagex re-enables parts of the comparison feature.

hi i've never scanned my character so was wondering if thats why i cant view it in model viewer? is the player Scanner ever coming back?
