Alt1 Clue Tracker Suddenly stopped working

Hi i have been having a lot of issues recently with the alt1 clue tracker. It doesn't seem to detect my clues anymore when i open a new step like it used to before. My interfaces haven't been changed so I am not sure what the issue is. I tried reinstalling both the rs client and the alt1 client today and it did work for about 5 clues before it just stopped working again mid clue.
