Ability to Disable All/Individual Hotkeys

I have neither been able to find an individual hotkey disable nor an every hotkey toggle/disable button or option.

I have no keys to spare as I have 5 action bars, all with hotkeys, all of which I use, so this is incredibly inconvenient, at best.
Even if this weren't the case, a user shouldn't be forced to enable/allow global hotkeys.

Have you looked in the settings? Click the alt1 icon on either the rs toolbar or in the system tray, then click settings->hotkeys. You can remove hotkeys by pressing delete or backspace.

Indeed, Hotkeys are optional. Since I use Alt+ 1, 2, 3 and 4 in my pvm rotations, I have remapped the Alt1 hotkeys to shift+alt 1, 2, 3 and 4.
