Names with apostrophes

Any time I try to use Alt1 to search a monster or item with an apostrophe in it, the apostrophe gets replaced with a space, and the search fails. Is this a result of me having an old version of the program, or is this still a present issue?

It still doesn't work. The problem is that it looks for characters on the bottom of the line. It would be a small rewrite to fix it.
I might do it at some point, but it is low on the priority list right now.
