alt 1 bugging/unable to reinstall

hey new to forum stuff and such but i have an issue that keeps accuring and it is my alt 1 randomly shutting down/closing on it own and when i reopen it i get an error think it was something with svg not too sure but then i get the error when i am reinstalling and i know how to fix that i need to delete squrreltemp files but am wondering if there is some way to stop this since i'ver never had this issue untill recently it's the 5th time in 1 month it has happend
