The same goes for Jarrah's location (Aha Jar anagram). This was caused by Het Oasis' update that moved alot of stuff and people from the Duel Arena around.

Jeed has been moved north near the bank hut.
As for Jarrah he is now north-west in Alkharid by nw entrance.
