Failed to read chat box AFKWarden

All of my custom alerts have stopped working. After trying multiple ways I have failed to get it working.
I have tried all stickied solutions to no avail.
Re-install did not work either.
Says its found the home teleport button.
Font size is 10 (Have tried with different sizes, no luck)
Anyone had the same issue and found a fix?

Update:
Swapped over to my 1080p monitor from 1440p, it is now working.
So in essence it wont work on my 1440p monitor for some reason, even with the fixes posted in this forum.

Will continue to look for fixes
