Capture not working

Hello I seem to be stuck with the capture settings not working
1 I have use the forums to trouble shoot the issue
2 i am on Open Gl
3 Compatibility mode isn't an available option in the properties.

The message on alt one says: couldn't find clue or puzzle on your screen. Check the Alt1 capture settings if none of the image detection features in alt 1 are working.

currently on windows 11.

On a Ryzen 4000 series laptop
and the Redeon Rx graphics card it came with.
