[Request] Bank preset icons

My suggestion/request is basically the same as this reddit post (adding icons onto bank preset buttons instead of the default behavior of only showing numbers), but done through alt1 instead of Jagex (never) doing it.

- The alt1 toolkit should be able to to detect where the numbers are fairly easily since they're static
- For the icon, it would be awesome if it could support custom images (either as image upload or pasting image data), but even just having all the skill icons would be nice - that said I'm not sure if alt1 supports drawing images overlapping the game, since I can't think of anywhere I've seen it (just lines/shapes/text)
