There is one in-game already. How do you suggest I improve on that one and what features would you expect?

Piggybacking off of this instead of making another post.

A physical alarm would be fantastic, like one that actually makes a noise. I'll end up missing the in-game notifications the majority of the time. I'd love for some sort of app that has a physical alarm which you can set for all of the D&D's you might do, and I think Alt1 would be the best platform for that.
