Legion 7i Issues with Scaling

just went from a MSI laptop to a Legion 7i, I am having issues with the scaling. Have tried all the methods listed from a couple years ago but no help. Cant detect a picture without changing the scaling on the windows down to 100% from recommended 150%, when i do this it is extremely small and I cannot see it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you
