Simple chat notifier

A simple text popup or notification whenever certain text shows up in chat, for example when a bonfire spirit appeared,
And maybe a custom time that will alert when not recieving xp, not sure if i didnt find it yet, but all i can find is from 1-17 secs and never

Support, I noticed that recently Alt-1 updated to have the ability to read chat messages, so I'm sure there could be a way to give notifications, even if you can't make the message 100% custom, it'd be nice to have a list to choose from, such as loot beams, bonfire spirits, etc.

I have all this goodness planned, but getting alt1 to work on nxt is a priority right now.
