ALT1 Not staying on top
After a while of not playing RS, I started playing again with Alt1 and I cant seem to use the youtube overlays, as soon as i click off the alt1 window and onto rs3 it closes, i have checked all options in my settings overlaying is turned on etc.
I am running win10 with an NVidia GTX 970 if anyone is having similar problems, Directx10 capture mode.

Update, semi fixed problem, I unticked pin to runescape and now the windows stay up when on RS but i have to close them to view any windows other than rs/alt1

I don't really know why this is happening in some cases.
Simply restarting your computer might fix it. You can also try running Alt1 as admin. The last option that also some times fixes random issues like this is running a standalone release.
