Portables FC app

This app will load the current spreadsheet of the Portables FC and converts it to a human readable app that can be easily used by Alt1.

Click here add the Portables FC app to your Alt1

Preview of what it looks like, click on the portable text to view the current locations + worlds

Changes:
- Talked to the owners of Portables FC, they were totally cool with it as long as I gave credits. Credits added.
- Made the text smaller as the window was a bit big.
- Added error message when google docs spreadsheet is not responding

really tho i can finally remove the browser bookmark and this loads much faster than just opening the spreadsheet.

seems like this broke recently. got some error message so tried to reinstall it and it won't add it back as an app.

The switch between the server and router broke over the weekend, I was away on a business trip. It's now fixed.

I will be updating the Webserver to a more reliable host. This will happen in the upcoming week so the Portable app might be down for 1-2 hours.
