[App idea]High Alch or sell app

Title says it, an app you can use to easily and fast check items if most profit is high alch or selling on G.E.

Features
check high alch with runes only
check high alch with fire staff
worth using magic notepaper on item(if unstackable or unnoted) and sell instead of high alch (this is not that useful but nice to have)

that's all i could think of for now

The rs wiki app has this information, just hover over eg "Examine Rune Platebody" and go to the info tab.

Been using the rs wiki app for this, but came here looking for an easier to use solution (prices are kinda hard to spot in that big list shown in the rs wiki app), so +1 for this suggestion.
