AFK Warden and poison

So for some reason every time I load my AFK warden for slayer it glitches out with poison.
Tried reinstalling, remaking the preset etc..
Nothing every time I reopen it I have to tell it what buff icon the poison is anyone knows if this can be fixed, please?
