Pest control portal indicator

As per this infographic, it would be pretty simple to make an onscreen indicator pointing to which portals are most likely to be open next by highlighting their icons on the HUD, by detecting which icons have turned into Xs.

I was thinking of just this earlier today. However it probably wont be used after the pest control highlight/minigame spotlight. I also don't have time to do it right now and in a week it will go back to near dead again.
