Won't open

So I had a problem earlier but reset everything and fixed it. Just downloaded runeapps and it downloaded and installed without a problem. I try to open it and it starts the spinning circle for about 5 seconds and then stops with nothing happening. I looked at my .net stuff and its the most up to date one when I go Programs - Uninstall a program. But its only 3.5 when I go turn windows features on or off.

Any help?

I changed the installer so it makes sure you have the right .net version so that shouldn't be the problem anymore. It looks like you have the same problem as a lot of other people and I'm looking for a solution.
