Twitch app

I dont know how you would do it but i assume it would be like the youtube app but just make it so you type there username like for example
http://www.twitch.tv/"Name_here"/popout so you can control the width and height.

Re: Twitch app

You should try out the theater mode function on twitch http://runeapps.org/i/dq3.png. It makes the stream take the full window. This way you can still browse streams like normal on twitch and also have nice integration in runescape.

I could make an app for it but i don't think it is worth the time when there is a good alternative.

Re: Twitch app

Alt1 has a built-in browser, you can browse to twich.tv and watch a stream that way. You can make the stream take the full window by using the theater mode in twitch. You can also bookmark pages in the browser and add them to the rightclick menu.

Re: Twitch app

Twitch works perfectly with theater mode. Is there any way to get plugins working in the browser though? It would be nice to have the better twitch tv plugin.
Cheers

Re: Twitch app

Plugins(flash, java, silverlight etc) work as normal, however there is no support for browser extensions (like betterTTV) as they are aimed at a specific browser.

Re: Twitch app

Chrome has a built-in version of flash which is different from the version that other browsers use. Adobe redirects you to the wrong place as alt1 is a chromium browser, but not chrome.
