Trade offer notification

I had a friend ask me about making a tool give a notification when he gets a trade offer while he is on one of his other accounts. I see that rsBuddy has that built in but only works on osrs. I do not have the skills to make these type of tools yet myself, so I want to suggest to add the tool here

you can do this with the afk warden

use this preset by importing it:
