Make the Stats window and Wiki window stick

Would it be possible to make the Stats window and Wiki windows to be stickied on the top left corner of runescape so if you happen to move your runescape window around a lot like I do it always follows you.  I would really like this.

I forgot to add. This function should go for all the windows that pops up on the screen.

Holy cow this is a very useful update I didn't think it would be so simple; what do you code this in, it's hard to know what is possible and what isnt

The client is coded in c# and all apps are in html/javascript and have access to some special functions such as screen reading. The window pinning consists of a lot of winapi calls to chase the target window.
