win xp support

Would be great to get that since some people still use it.
Details: cant install alt1 due to ms framework problem (can post log when i get on pc)

havent tried the browser App yet tho

I don't intend to support windows xp as it has now been officially abandoned by Microsoft.
However, I was planning to release a portable version (without installer/updater) with the next update to support several other compatibility issues. This version should be able to run on windows xp with .net 4.0 installed. I can't make any promises tho and support might change at any time.

The current build is quite unstable again so it might take a while until the next release. I'll try to get a standalone of the previous one out.

Simply unpack the zip and run Runeapps.alt1.exe
