It is finally done far enough to show the bank tab price checker. This app is able to read your bank off of your screen and overlay the value of all the items and show the total value. Right now it wont recognize many items but over time it will learn and should recognize everything from the icon only.

How to use
Simply toggle the track button on the top left to on and it will read out your bank.
Scroll or go to other tabs to add more tabs.
Recognized items will get a black box below them with the price.
A red box means that the item is not recognized. Hover your mouse over the icon in-game the app will read the tooltip, give you the price and learn.
An orange box means that the price is loading.
Click the certainty tab to increase the accuracy of your price check. Some items can have identical icons.
Do not move any items around in your bank while the app is open.
About the app
This app uses a server sided AI, the more people use it the more it will learn how items look. There are currently 40000 items in runescape, this makes it impossible to download all this information to your computer.

So if items aren't recognising and just staying orange should I just wait and over time they'll be recognised because of more people using it? (Dragonhide chaps (t), Cooking apple, Phrin remains, and Attack potion (4) are a few of many examples.) And energies are staying at 0 for me. They started as red but once hovered became 0.
My bank is 97m +/- 19.5m, what is the reasoning behind that margin?
Suggestion:
There is a lot of items that have potential value I was hoping could be considered, like if I ticked a button. So bird nests could be considered as crushed, or nests with seeds could take an average.

You can see what's going on if you click the certainty tab. It will list unrecognized items and items that can have different values. The margin is because it has multiple matches for some items, you can fix that by selecting the one you have in the certainty tab. Usually it is because of degradable items are not tradeable in degraded state.
It already does a bunch of remapping of items that can be converted, stuff like spider leg pieces and ascension signets. I'm looking to add more like you suggested.

Oh awesome, lots of uncertainties. Couldn't get Dharok's Platelegs to recognise, it would only display it as used, even though it's not. Anyway, not my point, so does me marking these uncertainties benefit just me, or does my changes make the server learn?
Edit: Additionally, now that you have this infrastructure for identifying items, would it be possible to update the drop logger plugin, or make something like... say I just looted the columbarium and want to track how much loot I got from 500 vyre cremations, I could make a sort of screenshot and it'd log all those drops as I go?

in connection with what Borithil said, if this makes changes to the server (to help it learn), can any RS trolls mess it up for everyone else? like saying their phat is a sardine or something? :\
If they could do this, do you have a way to detect who's doing it to disregard their trolling?

All data entered by users is cross checked with the ge images from the runescape website. There are also several other mechanisms to prevent trolling.
I still have to add some overrides for degradable items to always show their tradeable state. I noticed that there is some problem with detecting the character k in some items including dharok's items. You should be able to enter it manually and after that it will automatically recognize the image.
I was thinking about using it for other apps, but it would still take some work to make it work for transparent inventory backgrounds.

The project is definitely not scrapped. The test proved that the AI is working.

I tested it versus the wealth evaluator and added all data it was unsure of but the AI has a bit to go, i had a lot of trouble with Kiteshields and for some reason mixed up gold bars and black dragonhide.
Every time I close and re open the app it seems to forget everything I taught it, and I have to painstakingly hover over every item to reteach it, and it isn't able to figure out any items in my bank without me hovering over the item first. Also, the items in the right 2 columns of my bank, it can't pick the names off of at all it seems.
Other than that, seems like a really cool tool so far and can't wait to see where you go with it.

Hey, this bad boy was working great for a few days, now everytime I open this fantastic app I'm greeted with this:
That's weird. It should fix itself if you re-add the app. You can remove it in the Alt1 settings and add it again the same way as first.

It will say the item is recognized, however, the price is completely wrong until I hover over it. Also, Dwarven Challenge Barrels do not show up at all.
Hey, would it be possible to change the color of the value to the same as the game itself, where items worth 10m+ would be green?
Is it possible to add the total tab value near the BANK OF RUNESCAPE?

Would it be possible to register superior ancient warriors' equipment as the price of the inferior + the patch? It's currently showing as zero:
It would be possible, however you can't take them apart and sell anymore right? There is a similar problem with other degrade to dust items.

Whenever I hover over items in my bank, the app still doesn't recognize any of the items. I have to manually type it in for every single red item, is there a way to fix this?
Also, it's a little inconsistent for augmented degrade to dust items, which I've expected but thought I'd point out anyway. For example, I have augmented refined anima core body and augmented refined legs of seren. It shows me a price of 15m for the legs, but 0 for the body. However, the app automatically recognized the legs but not the body. I had to type it in for the body, which gave me 2 options, 1 of them being uncharged. However, both items give 0gp. So I assume it recognized an unaugmented form of the legs. Is there a way for me to change the item name for automatically recognized items?
You probably have the "override high dpi scaling detection" checkbox in the capture settings toggled the wrong way. Having it wrong will still allow most of the screen detection to work, but cursor position stuff will be off.
As for the the other question, i still have to look into many different edge cases. One solution for degrade to dust stuff would be to use shauny's new degrade percentage in the tooltip, but you would have to hover these items every time.

Hey! First of all, thanks for the awesome app
I have the tier 87 weapons (Decimation, Obliteration, etc) and they are augmented. They don't have any price. I know they are untradable but my other augmented items have prices, such as the garb of subjugation. Is that intended?

Works great, but hovering over red items doesn't work at all for me which is a bit annoying. I've tried both settings on the DPI scaling thing and tried changing the capture mode, but it just doesn't seem to work.
