If it is a General chatbox message like luck of dwarves message or such. You can just setup a general chatbox alert.

If the message you want to alert on is in the scanned text box below just click it. if not click the (+) sign under colors text to detect.

Then click on "Click to pick a color"

Hover over the text in chatbox to choose then press alt + 1 keybind.

Click scan text

Click line you wanted confirm text is right add alert.

I personally change the alert settings below to have different sounds instead of a global alert sound. you can change them below.
