How to read the cache?

I am interested in reading the cache for the items/npcs etc that are in the game, but I am unable to figure out how to do that. I know there is this page: https://runeapps.org/apps/ge/browse.php so it can be done. I have tried https://github.com/ArtificialPB/DevelopmentKit that but it doesn't appear to work for me. How are you doing it?

It doesn't use the cache and doesn't have access to any more data than shown on that page. it uses some obscure unofficial part of the runescape website. Dm me in discord if you want to know more.
