Can't get the screen shot function to work

So my hard drive on my pc failed last week. so just last week this function was working for me. Currently(after replacing hard drive and reinstalling windows) the "alt+2" function tho is not working, I've uninstalled, re installed and no difference. I've looked through all the setting's and cant find anything that would affect this function. I love alt1 and would love for this function to work, please help!

I can't help with the issue, but the same thing is happening with my Alt1. I click on the camera to screen cap and it just doesn't work at all. I have had this problem for 3 or 4 weeks now and would really love a solution. It worked fine for months, then after RS updated one week the screen cap stopped working.

If I am doing something wrong, or if there is some kind of fix I would love to know. Everything else seems to be working fine, Alt1 is picking up the RS instance without issues, I can use it for everything else, just not screen caps.
