Prayer and HP Alerts not working with Legacy Interface Skin

When I try to use the HP or prayer alert, it isn't being detected when I'm using the legacy interface skin: https://imgur.com/lkOZT7b

It works fine when I'm using the regular interface skin:

I have also tried different interface layouts and it does the same thing. I think it used to work because I'm pretty sure I've always used the legacy interface skin and it used to work fine around a year ago.

Try switching to the regular interface, having it start, then switch back. That works for me for the prayer alert, at least.
