Fish Flingers plugin not working properly

Overview tab not updating consistently. White boxes over combinations not updating (if at all). Everything is slow/unresponsive. 'Resetting' and 'Read locations from screen' doesn't do anything. Yes alt1 can see my client. If i try and switch to desktop capture mode it auto switches back to direct x. This is literaly the only app that does not work properly for m e. Anyone know a solutoin?

Edit: It appears to update after i right click on the rs window. So if I change any combos, fish 1 fish, then right click on the window the app updates. Also I am never able to fill in any 'hints' (i click on the dropdown menu and only a white box appears with no options).
