Something happen to my laptop

When I use the puzzle solvers (slide and celtic knot) on my desktop computer at home it works perfectly. However, when I try to use the same solvers with my laptop, whenever I try pasting an image in the picture field I get a "Puzzle not found in image" message from the solver.

Your laptop probably has a high DPI screen. This means that RS is stretched to fit the smaller pixels of your laptop without being to small to see. A screenshot like that can't be used on the website. You can download the Alt1 Toolkit and use the clue solver in there to get around this.
