Alt clue solver capture settings problem

So for the past week or so the clue solver isn't
able to read the clue scroll when it is displayed I reinstalled it in my pc and tried the other methods with no luck then I tried to do see if it worked on my laptop and the issues was still the same. If I could understand how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the capture settings in alt1? Do any of capture modes show your rs window in the preview box? Can you show a screenshot.
