problem opening tools

So, I have downloaded the alt1 toolkit but when I try to open lets just say the clue solver, it loads for a bit and then the screen turns white and stays like that. any tips on how to solve this problem?

Can you rightclick in the clue solver and chose 'reload'? If so does this do anything?

You could try reinstalling alt1 to be sure.
