Alt1 not working despite capture working

The capture settings say it can find the Home teleport button and capture is working but Alt1 is not picking anything up from my screen for clues, exp meter etc. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I've set NVIDIA settings to "let the 3D application decide" aswell.
