Can't Install

Gives the following error on running setup.exe:

The following properties have been set:

Error: An error occurred trying to download 'http://runeapps.org/downloads/alt1/Rune … pplication'.

When I run Runeapps.Alt1.application I get:

"Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor"

I tried doing run - > rundll32 %windir%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache; but it didn't work.
