RS Rescaling & Alt 1

I'm not sure if it's an issue with the new update, or an issue on my end. Alt 1 works great if my scaling is 100% (in RuneScape). If I bump my scaling up past 100% (say 135%, which is my preferred scaling on my 4K monitor) it no longer detects the screen. I'm assuming it's because the home tele icon is so much larger than it's supposed to be? Any clues would help.

Yes, I've tried all 3 capture methods.
