Capture settings ok but still not detecting clues

Been using before fine but for some reason alt1 clue solver stopped working. re-installed both rs3 and alt1. tried to update gaphics card and its settings after a recomendation from another post on forum. Changed settings on graphics card for rs3 etc. Still nothing completed a few clues anyway to see if that helped and still nothing. In the capture settings it says it is detecting fine(screensjhots below)
