From my limited testing, it appears AfkWarden only pays attention to mouse clicks and not key strokes. As such using abilities or even simply pressing CTRL to keep yourself logged in is not see by AfkWarden as activity in the game. It would be nice if this ability was added.

That would be dangerous, as it could be considered as (and manipulated into) a keylogger.

Keystrokes are not sent to any alt1 application as it would risk alt1's approval status
