POP Recommended Crew

Would it be possible to some how get all your crew details and suggest the best screw to send for a specific voyage?

Or show the maximum possible success rate including toggles of: crew, rudder, deck modules, etc. So I can limit the % to crew, deck modules, or include others if I want to adjust them.

It would be a very large project with all the possible different setups. Most people are done with ports now as well so there wouldn't be as much use for it anymore. However, it is still an interesting project and i will probably check it out again if they ever make another expansion.
