Since Alt1 has the capability of reading the screen and watching animations, is it possible to develop a module that can watch Raksha's animation and tell the user what attack is coming barring special attacks at the end of rotation, so the user can protect/deflect appropriately? (e.g., the attack pattern in Phase 1 and Phase 2 is random, but have distinct animations.) I'm aware that it has similar mechanics to Jad, but at least with Jad he's predictable, but Raksha is not. Mainly this would help when trying to go after shadow anima pools instead of guessing what attack is coming.
Maybe to narrow of a need for a module, but thought it could be useful?

I don't think that tracking an NPC's animations is possible, since Alt1 only reads the screen, not the state of the game.
To read/react to an NPC's animations, you would have to capture and convert every frame of the animation, at every possible angle, at every possible zoom, and every possible resolution. It would literally be hours and hours of work, for very little payoff.
Raksha *is* as predictable as Jad, as it will only use Melee while you are in melee range, otherwise, it's a 50/50 on Mage/Range, which is random (it doesn't attack against your active prayer).
There may be a better moment to go to the shadow pools? You could bait a melee attack, then quickly block it, and head to a pool.
