XP Tracker stops tracking

The Xp tracker seems to stop being able to read xp increases at certain times.
I'm not sure where its going wrong because I havent been able to reliably recreate the problem.

an example

the tracker stopped picking up xp increases to my skill tracker at around the 33 minute mark

earlier it had been tracking for 4 hrs (rolling over to show 2 hrs max) before it stopped tracking.

both cases required a complete restart of runeapps program to restart tracking.
