alt1 is not defined javascript error

I installed Alt1, but a lot of apps doesn't work, so I inspected its element and get an "alt1 is not defined" javascript error.
Alt1 starts and I can see this:

Has anyone a tipp what to do?

Have you tried uninstalling Alt1 Toolkit completely, and re-install afterwards? Also, are you experiencing these issues with the built-in apps or third party apps?
