Troubles adding 3rd party apps

When trying to add an app through the runeapps website using Chrome, the prompt shows up asking to launch Alt1 clicking allow just shows the Alt1 icon in the toolbar for a fraction of a second. When trying to add it via the in-game browser, the "Add App" icon shows in the top right, but clicking it doesn't do anything.

The app itself doesn't seem to be a problem, as other people have been able to add it. Any recommendations?

Figured it out! There were too many apps in just the default app folder, but after making new folders and shortening the list, it was finally added.
